Abstract
Objective: To observe the prognosis of different breech delivery modes on infants. Method: Retrospective analysis of 98 cases of breech delivery clinical data in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2011, including 35 cases of vaginal delivery ( vaginal delivery group ), 63 cases of cesarean section ( cesarean section group ), to observe the neonatal deaths, neonatal asphyxia, aspiration pneumonia and Apgar scoring situation of neonates of two groups. Result: There is no neonatal deaths in the breech cesarean section group on 63 cases, there're 3 cases( 8. 57% ) neonatal deaths in vaginal delivery group, the two groups have significant P<0. 05 ). There're 2 cases( 3. 18% ) neonatal complications in cesarean section group, 8 cases( 22. 86% ) neonatal complications in vaginal delivery group,the two groups have significant P<0. 05 ). The Apgar score Breech caesarean section group and breech vaginal delivery group were ( 7. 2 ± 1. 8 ) and ( 4. 5 ± 1.3 ),there's statiscal significant P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: Cesarean section to treatment breech could reduce neonatal complications and neonatal deaths, improve the Apgar score. Relaxing the surgical indication of cesarean section to improve neonatal prognosis has an important significance.关键词
