Expressions of CD28 and CTLA-4 in peripheral blood T cells of patients with vitiligo
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To detect the expressions of CD28 and CTLA-4 in peripheral blood T cells of patients with vitiligo. Methods: Twenty vitiligo patients including 10 cases of progressive stage and 10 cases of stationary stage, and 10 normal individuals served as controls were subjected to isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells( PBMC ) by density gradient cen-trifugation. The expressions of CD28 and CTLA-4 in T cells were detected using flow cytometry. Results:There were significant differences in the expressions of CD28 and CTLA-4 in CD3 + T cells,CD4 + T cells,and CTLA-4 in CD8 + T cells a-mong the three groups(F = 5. 132,6.963,4.927 ,8. 751, and 5.219,P < 0.05),but not in the expressions of CD28 in CD8 + T cells( F = 1. 187 ,P = 0. 320 ). Compared with those of the control group,the expressions of CD28 in CD3 + T cells and CD4 + T cells, and CTLA-4 in CD8 + T cells in progressive stage vitiligo group were not significantly different( P > 0. 05 ) ,but those of CTLA-4 in CD3 + T cells and CD4 + T cells were lower( P < 0.05 );the expressions of CTLA-4 in CD3 + T cells and CD4 T cells in stationarv stage vitiligo group were not stalistically differenl( P > 0. 05 ) , but those of CD28 in CD3 + T cells and CD4+ T cells ivere lower( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion:The abnormal expressions of CD28 , CTLA-4 in peripheral blood T cells in patients with wtiligo may induce functional disorders of costmulilatory molecules, and may be rele-vant to the occurrence and development of vliligo.关键词
