海南省高校教师职业倦怠现状及影响因素
Burnout status and risk factors of college teachers in Hainan province
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To know the burnout status of college teachers and its influence factors in Hainan province. Methods:A total of 330 teachers from three colleges in Hainan were selected for the section-cross study. All subjects were assessed by Teacher Burnout Inventory ( TBI ) and a self-administered questionnaire for general information. Results:The mean score of TBI was ( 33. 15 ± 5. 53 ). The prevalence of burnout was 28. 8% . No significant difference was found in gender, academic title,or college( P > 0. 05 ),but the score of receded personal achievability between Associate degree and Master degree was different ( F = 3. 358 ,P =0. 036 ). Multiple linear regression results suggested that,the influence factors of emotional prostration were self-induction health and frequently without breakfast; those of receded personal achievability were self-induction health,irregularly diet,exercise more than 2 times per week,total class number per week and degree;the influence factors of deindividuation were frequently without breakfast, night-working more than 2 times per week and teaching-years. Conclusion :Burnout exists in college teachers of Hainan province,and the teachers should choose a more reasonable way of life and diet,and strengthen physical exercise,and adjust psychological status.关键词
