摘要
Abstract
Aim:To evaluate the value of dual-source Flash CT angiography( Flash CTA ) in the assessment of coronary artery stenosis diseases. Methods:The results of Flash CTA and coronary artery angiography( CAG ) from 52 patients were retrospectively reviewed. Results:The diagnosis sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and Youde index of coronary artery stenosis with Flash CTA were 84.3% ,95.7% ,89.7% ,93.2% ,and 0. 80 ,respectively. And the effective radiation dose was ( 0. 98 ~ 1. 15 ) mSv. The result of Flash CTA was well agreed with CAG( Kappa = 0. 888,P <0.001 ). Conclusion:Flash CTA with a low effective radiation dose,is valuable for the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis,especially for moderate and severe stenosis.关键词
