色满酮肟酯衍生物的合成与生物活性测定
Synthesis and biological activity determination of chroman-4-one oxime-esters
摘要
Abstract
Seven chroman-4-one oxime-ester compounds 4a to 4g were synthesized based on the linkage of chromone and oxime ester groups. Their structures were characterized by H NMR, IR, EI-MS and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassays indicated that they displayed better fungicidal activities against Thanatephorus cucumeris(Frahk) Donk and Bocrytis Cinerea Pers. than the other four fungidid at 200 mg·L-1. All the compounds displayed good inhibitory activities against the growth of roots and stems of Amaranthus spinosus L. at 10 mg·L-1 , among which the inhibitory rates of compound 4 g were 84.78% and 84. 06% respectively. Compound 4 d exhibited the best inhibitory activity against the growth of roots of Brassica campestris L. with an inhibitory rate of 87. 86% .关键词
