切开复位克氏针内固定并植骨术治疗跟骨关节内骨折临床研究
Clinical Study of Open Reduction and Internal Fixation with Kirschner Wire Combined with Bone Grafting in the Treatment of Calcaneus Intra-articular Fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire combined with bone grafting in the treatment of calcaneus intra-articular fracture. Methods: 58 cases of closed calcaneus intra-articular fracture were given open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire combined with bone grafting. Results: Afteroperation X-ray measurement: Bohler angle was 30 ° and Gissane angle was 132 °. According to the Maryland scoring system,the good rate was 87.1% ,excellent 30, good 24,ok 6,poor 2. Conclusion:This method has better clinical curative effect with short operation time,small trauma,less postoperative complications and exact curative effect. The removal of Kirschner wire is convenient without reoperative. This method has a certain advantage in the treatment of calcaneus intra-articular fracture.关键词
