高尿酸血症动物模型研究概况
Overview Research of Hyperuricemia Animal Model
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss principle and method of modeling hyperuricemia animal model. Methods:Consulted literatures in recent years,briefly described the model principle of the hyperuricemia,model animals selection,and route of administration,and analysised of modelling methods of various models. Results; The kind of modeling hyperuricemia animal model was a great variety, and we should comprehensive considerated factors such as different modeling mechanism,animal species,model characteristics,research condition,objective and so on,so as to choose suitable animal models. Conclusion:The establishment of hyperuricemia animal model can provide references for the study of gout, pathogenesis of hyperuricemia, and building of animal models for drugs of anti-gout and uric-acid-lowering in pharmacodynamics study.关键词
