综合康复治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱病变临床研究
Clinical Research of Combined Rehabilitation in the Rreatment of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder Lesions
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of combined rehabilitation in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder lesions. Methods: 75 cases with diabetic neurogenic bladder lesions were randomly divided into control group (re =37) and treatment group ( n = 38). The control group was given acupuncture treatment and the treatment group was given bladder control training based on the control group. Observe and record the urine flow rate and residual urine volume using B ultrasonic measurement after urination. Results; The effective rate was 86. 8% in treatment group and 34. 84% in control group. Compare the effective power, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The urine flow rate and residual urine volume in treatment compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(Ρ<0. 05) . Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation training can effectively promote the function recovery of diabetic neurogenic bladder lesions.关键词
