疏风凉血方对过敏性紫癜患儿血清中IL-6和IL-8水平的影响
Iinfluence of Shufengliangxue Prescription on IL-6 and IL-8 in Serum of Anaphylactoid Purpura Child
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of Shufengliangxue prescription on IL-6 and IL-8 in serum of anaphylactoid purpura child. Methods:68 patients with allergic purpura were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group. The control group was given symptomatic treatment of western medicine and the treatment group was given additional self-made Shufengliangxue prescription based on the control group. Use radio-immunity method to detect IL-6 and IL-8. Results:The effective rate was 70. 6% in control group and 94. 1% in the treatment group. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Compared the IL-6 and IL-8 level,the difference was statistically significant in the treatment after 1 month of therapy(P<0.05). But the control group was in contrast( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Self-made Shufengliangxue prescription can reduce IL-6 and IL-8 levels, improve recent curative effect and prevent the occurrence of purpura nephritis.关键词
