补血活血法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病气道重塑作用的探讨
Discussion on the Method of Nourishing and Activating Blood in Treating Airway Remodeling Effect of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective:To discuss theoretical basis and feasibility of the application of the method of nourishing blood and activating blood in treating airway remodeling of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: The principles of nourishing blood and activating blood, nourishing qi and tonifying blood, strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil were established, and the effects were observed. Results: Therapies of nourishing blood and activating blood, nourishing qi and tonifying blood, strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil were established according to the pathogenesis of qi deficiency, blood stasis and blood deficiency for COPD airway remodeling. Conclusion:The method of nourishing blood and activating blood has obvious improvement effect in treating airway remodeling of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which provides a new thinking for clinic.关键词
