Abstract
Objective:To explore the Influence of Xinnaoning tablet on electrocardiogram for rat models of myocardial ischemia. Methods: 70 rats were selected and randomly divided into seven groups, namely, the blank control group, the model group, Nifedipine tablet group, Naoxintong capsule group, Xinnaoning tablet in large dosage group, Xinnaoning tablet in the middle dosage group and Xinnaoning tablet in small dosage group. Except rats in blank control group, the rest groups were molded into myocardial ischemia. The rats in the drug treated groups were administrated with Xinnaoning plate suspension, nifedipine suspension group, Naoxintong capsule suspension and the same volume of 0.5% CMC. The normal ECG of each rat with chloral hydrate anesthesia was measured,and tail vein injection of pitui-trin 2 U·kg-1 made in rat myocardial ischemia model,and electrocardiogram was measured after Pituitrin for 10 minutes. Results: Compared with the model group, Xinnaoning tablet group could significantly reduce the elevated ST segment in electrocardiogram(P < 0.01) ;And Xinnaoning tablet in large dosage group had good effects on electrocardiogram. Conclusion: Xinnaening tablet has good . effects on myocardial ischemia.关键词
