Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of the addition and subtraction of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating thoracic obstruction and cardiodynia. Methods: 120 cases of patients with thoracic obstruction and cardiodynia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with each of 60 cases. The control group was treated by routine western medicine,the observation group was treated by Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction (composition: Angelica sinensis 15 g,Amygdalus persica 6 g,Carthamus tinctorius 6 g, Rehmannia glutinosa 10 g,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort 10 g,Chyranthesasperal 10 g,Radix Bupleuri 3 g,Fructus Aurantii 6 g,Platyc-odon grandiflorum 3 g,Radix Glycyrrhizae 5 g) ,then comparing the clinical curative effects of two groups. Results:In the observation group,28 cases had excellent effects,29 were effective,3 were ineffective,the effective rate was 95.0% ;in the control group,24 cases had excellent effects,28 were effective,8 were ineffective,the effective rate was 86.7% ,the difference between two groups had statistical significance( P<0.01). All indexes of the observation were improved after treatment comparing with prior treatment,and improved more obviously than the control group(P <0. 05). Conclusion: The addition and subtraction of Xuefu zhuyu decoction has significant curative effects in treating thoracic obstruction and cardiodynia.关键词
