摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effects of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in treating sciatica (syndrome of blood stasis blocking meridian and collateral channels). Methods:78 cases of sciatica patients were orally taken addition of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction (composition:Gentiana macrophylla Pall 9 g,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort 12 g,Amygdalus persica 15 g,Carthamus tinctorius 12 g, notopterygium root 9 g,Angelica biserrata 9 g, Commiphora myrrha Engl 9 g,Boswellia carterii Birdw 9 g,Angelica sinensis 12 g, Pheretima aspergillum 15 g, Achyranthes bidentata Bl 15 g,Trogopterus xanthipes Milne-Edwards 10 g,Cyperus rotundus 6 g,Spatholo-bus suberectus Dunn 30 g, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 6 g) ,one dosage with taking at morning,noon and evening three times respectively per day,ten dosages were one course of treatment,with continuously taking 2 -5 courses. Results:During 78 cases of patients,58 cases were cured, 17 had better curative effects,3 had no curative effects. The cured rate was 74. 35% ,effective rate was 96. 15% . Conclusion :Addition of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction has satisfied curative effects in treating sciatica (syndrome of blood stasis blocking meridian and collateral channels).关键词
