小针刀合谷刺法治疗肩关节周围炎临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Hegu needling method of small needle knife in treating scapulohumeral periarthri-tis. Methods:30 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated with Hegu needling method of small needle knife. Different people took different obvious pressure point,generally take 3-4 points,biceps brachii short head start-coronoid process point,subscapularis check point-summary node, humerus nodules ditch between point,small round muscle check point-the greater tuberosity,etc. Results;In the 30cases,13 cases were cured;9 cases were achieved excellent effects;5 cases were improved;3 cases were ineffectively treated,and the effective rate was 90%. Conclusion:The Hegu needling method of small needle knife in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis can release the conglutination, reduce pain and improve symptoms of patients, which is one of the effective methods for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.关键词
