Abstract
The control and measurement of pipe ends cut square are the very important compositions during production course. The value of pipe ends cut square is an important index for pipe end maching quality, but controlling and measuring pipe ends cut square still exist difficulties in pipe industry. In this article, it analyzed the reasons caused pipe end cut square, put forward effective controlling methods, and listed many measurement methods for cut square value, covering square, normal line method, special-purpose platform measurement and etc. Each method is with different characteristics, the pipe manufacturer can popularize and apply according to practical situation.关键词
