Abstract
High-purity iron oxide red was prepared from steel plate pickling waste liquor via iron powder pretreatment, impurity removal, synthesis, washing, drying, calcination, and so on. The optimum process conditions are as follows: pretreatment temperature 80 ℃, pretreatment time 3 h, iron powder dosage 1.5 times as much as the theoretical value; impurity removal temperature 65 ℃, polyacrylamide dosage 60 mg/L; simultaneous dropping FeCl2 solution and saturated NH4HCO3 solution into the reactor for precipitation reaction; calcination temperature 800 ℃. Under these conditions, the high-purity iron oxide red with 99.3% of purity can be prepared from pickling waste liquor.关键词
