摘要

Abstract

palladium was recovered from waste palladium/carbon catalyst by the incineration-formic acid reduction-aqua regia dissolution-crystallization-zinc particle replacement process. For the aqua regia dissolution step, the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and aqua regia dosage on the palladium recovery were studied. Under the conditions of reaction temperature 80-90℃, reaction time 8.0 h, m(palladium fine residue) : m(aqua regia)=l: 8, palladium recovery is about 97.0%.
