摘要

Abstract

According to Skywave over the horizon radar (OTHR) and shortwave communication, system is working at the same frequencies, The feasibility of communication channel model used in radar signal transmitting simulation is presented . Simulation of ITS wideband shortwave model is studied. As OTHR has lower demand on bit-error-rate than shortwave communication system,a simplified ITS model is discussed. Obtaining specific channel parameters from some measured data,the paper uses chirp signal to simulate the OTHR signal transmission. The rationality of the transmission simulation is proved by comparing simulation data and the original.
