摘要

Abstract

It is a technical feasible gun backseat simulation experiment method by high-speed big mass impacting gun muzzle to push gun recoil. In order to ensure the accuracy of simulation experiment method,gun simulation test device and mechanical model are built based on ABAQUS software, superelasticity model of wave generator is established based on relationship between rubber's stress and strain obtaining by experiment of rubber's tension and compression. Selecting structure parameters such as diameter,hardness and thickness etc of wave generator's two rubber block as experiment factor, objection function is built according to average and maximum error of gun dynamic characteristic. The most optimal structure parameters are obtained by even -design experiment, which provide basis for engineering design of gun simulation test device.
