新型脱碳木脂素类化合物合成方法与肿瘤抑制活性研究
Study on Synthesis and Anticancer Activities of New Norlignans Derivatives
摘要
Abstract
In this study, we have synthesized a series of new norlignan compounds 2a~2g and evaluated their anticancer activities with MTT assay by using human hepaioma Bel-7402 cells, human breast ade-nocarcinoma MCF-7 cells, human lung carcinoma A549 cells and human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells. It has been shown that the products (2a-2g) exhibit higher cytotoxicity to cells, and especially, product 2b treated with Bel-7402 cells shows a lower cytotoxicity (IC50: 18. 9μg/mL) than free paclitaxel.关键词
