奶牛Leptin及其受体研究进展
Recent Advances in Researches on Leptin and Leptin Receptor in Dairy Cattle
摘要
Abstract
Leptin is a hormone encoded by the obese gene and secreted by adipose tissues,which shows high levels of expression in the nervous system, reproductive system and other organs. It is mainly involved in the regulation of body weight,feed intake, milk yield,pregnancy and parturition. Leptin concentration in plasma is the most obvious characteristic in energy metabolism of the physiologic variable. This review focused on the research progresses of the physiological role of leptin gene and leptin receptor (Ob-R) involved in the metabolism of dairy cattle.关键词
