高效聚磷鞘氨醇杆菌XF-5的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of A High-efficient Phosphate Accumulating Novosphingobium sp.Strain XF-5

Abstract
A oligotrophic medium culture conditions was adopted to isolate and screen high phosphate accumulating bacteria from activated sludge and soil samples. After testing the phosphate accumulating rates,the strain XF-5 was chosen as a high efficient strain. In this study,physiological and biochemical characteristics and phylogenetic analysis were conducted for identification of the high efficient phosphorus removal strain. 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis showed that XF-5 and other species of the genus Novosphingobium had a homology of 99%. Combined with the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics,XF-5 was finally identified as a member of Novosphingobium sp. When cultured in synthetic wastewater with total phosphorus concentration of 10 mg/L at 28 ℃ ,pH value of 6. 5 for 24 h,the phosphorus accumulation rate of the strain XF-5 could reach more than 80%. So the strain could be used to remove phosphorus of sewage and then used to control eutrophication.关键词
