Research Development of the Tobacco-specific N-nitrosamines
摘要
Abstract
The research progress of tobacco-specific N-nitrosamines both at home and abroad in recent decades was summarized in this paper,and the formation of nitrosamines,hazards and patho-genesis of TSNAs were also described. The detection methods for TSNAs were analyzed and the pathway to reduce tobacco-specific nitrosamines was discussed in detail. At last,the current problems and challenges faced in this field were presented.关键词
