摘要

Abstract

Using honeysuckle seed as materials,this article aimed at exploring the dormancy characteristics of honeysuckle seeds and screening effective methods to break dormancy and the optimum matrix. The results showed that the seed size and quality had significantly difference between different honeysuckle germplasms. The embryo rate rose from 41. 57% to 53. 07% before and after low temperature treatment, indicating that the low temperature promoted honeysuckle seeds dormancy breaking. The bibulous rate of seeds rapidly increased from G to 52. 35% after 0 - 2 days seed soaking,indicating that skin had no obvious absorbent obstacles Abrasive paper friction can promote the broking dormancy of honeysuckle seeds and 0. 3 - 0. 7 g/L gibberellin solution also can promote the broken dormancy of honeysuckle seeds,the germination percentage with abrasive paper friction+0. 5 g/L gibberellin gave the best result of 68. 30% emergence perentage. The germination rate with vermiculite mix pine needle soil (1 : 1) was 10%,being the optimum matrix for the growth of honeysuckle seeds.
