Abstract
Objective To establish a method to create a rat model of type 2 diabetic kidney yin deficiency syndrome and evaluate its stability. Methods Used the method of gavage high-fat milk and intraperitoneal injection of small doses of streptozotocin to induce the Type 2 diabetic rat model, then gavage the Hydrocortisone of Glucocorticoid establish the rat model of type 2 diabetic kidney yin deficiency syndrome, And then continue to feed a month with high-fat milk, detect the Blood glucose and cAMP levels of the rat model, study the model' s stability. Results Successfully established the rat model of type 2 diabetic kidney yin deficiency syndrome with high-fat milk, small doses of streptozotocin and hydrocortisone. The model group' s Blood glucose≥16.7mmol/L,the value of cAMP is 1.32±0.04 mmol/L, and the daily characterization of the rat is similar to the kidney yin deficiency syndrome of the Traditional Chinese Medicine. The model group' s Blood glucose≥ 16.7mmol/L and the value of cAMP is 1.24 + 0.02 mmoL/L in a month later. Conclusion Successfully copy out a good stability rat model of type 2 diabetic kidney yin deficiency syndrome by gavage high-fat milk and Intraperitoneal injection of small doses of streptozotocin and then gavage the Hydrocortisone.关键词
