脓毒血症患者26例临床治疗体会

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the Clinical manifestations of Xuebijing Injection in the patients with pyemia. Methods 26 cases of pyemia in the same period were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (13 cases) was given the conventional treatment, including anti-inflammatory, anti-infective, nutritional support and symptomatic treatment. The observation group (13 cases) was given the conventional treatment plus Xuebijing Injection. The course was one week. Observe before and after treatment in patients with body temperature, heart rate, blood and 28-day mortality. Results After one week treatment, the clinical manifestations of indicators of the two groups were significant, in which the treatment group improved notable compared with the control group in body temperature, heart rate, white blood cells, neutrophils (P<0.05). Conclusion In the conventional treatment plus Xuebijing Injection to the treatment of pyemia can significantly improve the prognosis of patients, which is worth in clinical practice.关键词
