摘要
Abstract
N-nitromaticacyl-l,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranose was synthesized via D-glucosamine hydrochloride, m-nitrobenzoic acid/p-nitrobenzoic acid and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) which was used as dehydration reagent, where D-glucosamine hydrochloride was protected by acetyl group. The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), magnetic resonance spectroscopy CH NMR). We concluded the optimal reaction conditions: the molar ratio of N-nitromaticacyl-l,3,4,6-tetra-O-acety-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranose, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and m-nitrobenzoic acid/p-nitrobenzoic acid is 1 : 1. 5 : 1. 5, the temperature is 40 ℃ and the reaction time is 4h.关键词
