摘要

Abstract

The new column internals which were composed of the vertical sieve tray caps filled with catalyst were studied. The experiment investigated the influence of kinetic energy factor in plate holes, catalyst inventory, bed porosity on the pressure drop of column internals, cap unit ejection quantity, and flooding and liquid leakage velocity. The results show that the pressure drop rises with the increase of kinetic energy factor in plate hole and catalyst inventory,and decreases with the increase of bed porosity. Cap unit ejection quantity rises first and then decreases with the increase of kinetic energy factor in plate holes, rises with the increase of bed porosity, and decreases with the increase of catalyst inventory. Liquid leakage velocity rises with the increase of the liquid flow and inventory and decreases with the increase of porosity. Flooding velocity decreases with the increase of bed porosity and liquid flow, and rises with the increase of the inventory. All of the above indicate that the hydrodynamics performance of new type column internals is excellent.
