Synthesis of 11-mercaptoundecanoic-(13-biotinoylamido-4,7, 10-trioaxatridecaneamine) amide
摘要
Abstract
A kind of biotin derivative of containing thiol-11-mercaptoundecanoic-(13-bi-otinoylamido-4,7,10-trioaxatridecaneamine)amide were synthesized with some materials such as benzyl mercaptan,bromine eleven acid, 4,7,10-trioaxatridecanediamine by activation ester and NH3/Na reduction of benzyl synthesis method. The molecular structures of the target compounds were confirmed by 1 H NMR and FT-IR. This compound can form self-assembled monolayer on gold surface. The assembled systems have many applications in the fields of molecular devices, biological and chemical sensors, biological membrane and so on.关键词
