纳米SiO2负载的过渡金属硼化物对AP热分解的催化作用
Catalytic Activity of Nano-silica Supported Transition-metal Borides on the Thermal Decomposition of Ammonium Perchlorate

Abstract
The nano-silica supported transition metal catalysts NiB/SiO2 , CoB/SiO2 , MoB/SiO2 were prepared by chemical reduction method. Their catalytic activity on the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP) was studied by TG-DTA. Results show that catalytic activity of nano-silica supported transition metal borides for the thermal decomposition of AP decreases in the order: CoB/SiO2 > NiB/SiO2 >MoB/SiO2. The CoB/SiO2 (mass ration of 5%) catalyst makes the high-temperature thermal decomposition temperature of AP decrease by 166. 2℃. The SiO2 carrier makes the crystal transformation temperature delay about 110℃, revealling the improvement of thermal stability of the catalyst.关键词
