Abstract
Nano RDX was prepared massively by a HLG-50 pulverized machine.The particle size and size distribution were traced by a nano laser particle size analyzer.An azeotropic liquid system and a general liquid system were used to extract the nano particles.The size and the morphology of the particles were characterized through TEM and SEM,respectively.The contaminant content in nano RDX was detected by IR,Raman spectra,XRD and ICP-AES.The friction,impact and shock sensitivities of nano RDX were tested.The results showed that the particles extracted from the azeotropic liquid system,most of which were under 50 nm,were spherical,whereas the particles picked up from the general liquid system became much bigger.The nano RDX had high purity,and lower mechanical sensitivities,particularly the impact and the shock sensitivity,decreasing 46.3% and 44.8% respectively,compared with raw RDX.关键词
