纳米多孔硅的制备及其性能研究
Preparation of Nanoporous Silicon and Study on Its Properties

Abstract
Silica aerogels were prepared by the sol-gel method, then use the magnesiothermic reduction reaction to produce nanoporous silicon. And nanoporous silicon/NaClO4 composite were prepared. The component and structure of nanoporous silicon were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) , the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method surface area analysis. The thermal performance and ignition properties of nanoporous silicon/NaClO4 composites were studied by thermal gravimeteic analysis and high-speed camera. Results show that different crystalline nanoporous silicon can be prepared by modifying the temperature at lower temperature(≤650℃) , which has sponge-like meso-porous structure with three-dimensional irregular network, uniform pore size of about 10nm, larger specific surface area up to 820. 7m2/g. In an inert atmosphere nanoporous, nanoporous silicon/NaClO4 composite decomposes at a-bout 510℃ , and can be ignited with heat stimulation energy by baking on the surface of hot plate under no restrict condition, and formed typically a mushroom cloud flame.关键词
