Abstract
Gene diagnosis technology has got a tremendous progress in recent years. With the promotion and application of this technology in clinical detection, gene diagnosis technique has shed light on the early detection of tumor and other genetic diseases. This paper summarizes the progress of commonly used molecular biology techniques and their clinical application in gene diagnosis.关键词
