摘要

Abstract

Foam cells is formed in early stage of atherosclerosis. The transformation of macrophage foam cell involves the disruption of a homeostatic mechanism that controls the uptake, intracellular metabolism and efflux of cholesterol by macrophages. The research of the mechanism of foam cells has a great significance for the prevention and the treatment for the atherosclerosis.
