相邻施工影响下砌体结构基础变形控制参数的比较分析
Comparative Study on Control Parameters for Foundation Deformation of Masonry Structures Caused by Adjacent Underground Construction

Abstract
With the advance of China' s urbanization process, more and more attentions were paid on the impact of underground construction on the adjacent building structures. Responses of building strutures to the deformation of their foundation and soil caused by underground construction were analyzed, and the controll parameters and their limit values for foundation deformation of masonry structures in the exsiting codes and literatures were compared. It is found that the current control parameters for foundation deformation and their limits has nothing directly to do with the damage of masnory structures in Chinaese current codes. Relative bending and horizontal strain of the foundation are known as the right parameters, which can reflect the damage of masnory structures. Relative bending of the foundation is suggested to be the additional controll parameter, and the criteria for the classification of its limit should consider the influence of the importance of building stru-crues, structural integrity, loading history and initial damage.关键词
