摘要

Abstract

Single-frequency all-solid-state infrared lasers are very important for commercial and military applications. Their typical principle and the technical approaches were summarized. Their development status at wavelengths of 1. 064μm, 1. 5μm ~ 1. 6μm and 2μm was reviewed. The characteristics of the main schemes were compared. Finally, the new development in the future was predicated.
