摘要

Abstract

Total RNA was isolated from caput epididymidis of sheep feeding diet with different nutrition levels and mR-NA expression was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Localization of GPx5 in caput epididymidis was examined respectively by immunohistochemisty. The result showed that the quantitative real-time PCR results showed that the rank order of GPx5 mRNA expression was 35%VFI group < 65% VFI group < Voluntary feed intake( VFI ). The immunofluorescence displayed positive expressions of GPx5 in epithelial cells of caput epididymidis. GPx5 appeared to be differently expressed at different nutrition levels and low nutrition level significantly influenced expression of GPx5 in caput epididymidis.
