The Application of SERS Spectroscopy in the Study of Human Body Fluid

Abstract
Surface enhanced Raman scattering ( SERS ) spectroscopy has the advantages of both high sensitivity and specificity, thus is widely applied in the investigation of tissues, cells and biomolecules, showing great application potential. This review starts with the basic principles of Raman spectroscopy and SERS, and mainly focuses on the recent work of analysis and determination of human body fluid by using SERS. In particular, SERS-based studies of blood, semen and urine samples which were carried out in our group is introduced. Finally, the development potential of SERS in future is also discussed.关键词
