摘要
Abstract
The mechanism of multi-step boosting in the diamond synthesis technology curve was analysed. Influences of technology parameters, such as pause duration, heating start pressure, step power, the first pressure pause and the second pressure pause, upon high grade diamonds synthesis were discussed. The results showed that the technology parameters mentioned above had significant influences on diamonds' nucleation and crystal shape, while growth time affected the particle size of the diamond.关键词
