摘要

Abstract

The centrifuging test method of nano-diamond particle size distribution was introduced both theoretically and practically. It was found that this method possessed the advantages as follows: firstly, high reliability with a maximum deviation of 0. 29% when compared with the standard sample; secondly, low detection limit, which was as tiny as 15 nm; and finally, good repeatability, meaning that for each sample the deviation would be smaller than 1 % . Results of the tests would offer reliable references on particle size of diamond, which could promote the application of nano-diamond.
