摘要

Abstract

Based on the requirements of production process, an auto-system was implemented to control the temperature of curing oven of resinoid abrasives. A new e-controlled main circuit was designed, as well as new hardwares. The heating pipes were divided into three groups to control, the first of which was controlled by bidirectional thyristor, while the other two were controlled by contactors. The principle and characters of the system were introduced. The PID control over temperature based on PLC was realized. Simulation on the three-phase asymmetric load system was done by computer softwares to discuss the influences of such loads further. The practical operation showed that the overshoot of temperature decreased as well as the adjusting time, and control effect was obviously enhanced, same was the product quality.
