摘要

Abstract

The quality control during manufacturing process of resin-bonded abrasive tools based on statistical process control(SPC) was researched. Taking the grain size, evenness, rejects number and shape dimension as control objects, the principle and operating method of SPC were discussed from four aspects: quality information collection, data processing, data analysis and process capability analysis. The results show that applying SPC to the quality control of manufacturing process of resin-bonded abrasive tools can effectively reduce reject rate, save cost, improve product quality and enhance market competitiveness.
