Expression of Brain Derived Neurophic Factor (BDNF) in Porcine Follicles
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine the effect of BDNF on reproductive system, expression of BDNF was detected in different sized swine follicle at follicular phase and luteal phase. RT-PCR, ELISA were used to examine the expression of BDNF in the follicular granulosa cells and follicular fluid of pocine. The result shows that BDNF was expressed in every stage of follicular granulosa cells and follicular fluid. The level of BDNF mRNA was significantly different in follicles among different sizes, in which the highest level was found in large follicles. The level of BDNF protein was at high level in follicle of every stage. The concentration of BDNF in medium follicle in luteal phase was higher than that in follicular phase, which is different from that of granulosa cells.关键词
