利用绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)标记香蕉枯萎病菌及其稳定性检测
Marking of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense with Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) and Measuement of Its Stability
摘要
Abstract
Plasmid pSCOOl carrying GFP gene transformation was transferred into Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense(Foc)using PEG-CaCl2. Observation under fluorescent microscope showed that when transfor-mants were excitated by blue light, hypha and spores all porduced stable green fluorescent, indicating that GFP gene was successfully transformed to Foe and expressed. Pathogens marked with GFP were continuously cultured in later generations and vaccinated to Brazilian banana. The results showed that the introduction of GFP did not significantly affect the pathogenicity and pathogenicity of pathogens.关键词
