An Analysis of Performance and Influencing Factors of Jilin Agricultural Technology Extension and Service
摘要
Abstract
Based on the investigation of the farmers in Jilin province, using multivariate regression model, agricultural technology extension and service performance and its influencing factors were analyzed. The results showed that the farmers' personal attributes, attributes of agricultural science and technology mechanism and its operating environment could affect the evaluation result of its performance. The strong groups made higher evaluation of agricultural mechanism, such as male, Han nationality, and groups with higher health and education level, while rural groups with higher non-agricultural income proportion made lower evaluation; The agricultural mechanism with favorable conditions received higher evaluation, such as complete facilities, high quality staff, demonstration bases and ample funds; Institution with good running environment received higher evaluation, such as smooth communication mechanism and cooperation in scientific research.关键词
