Abstract
Objective: To examine the expressions of ET-1 ,MMP-2 and CD31 in liver cancers, and discuss the significance of their expressions. Methods: SP immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of ET-1, MMP2 and CD31 in 30 normal liver tissues and 30 liver cancers. Results: The different expressions of ET-1, MMP-2 and MVD in normal liver tissues and liver cancers had a statistically significant difference(P <0. 01). The expressions of ET-1, MMP-2 and MVD in liver cancers were positively related to clinical stage and differential (P <0.05). But no statistical differences were found between them with age and sex( P >0.05). MVD in negative expressions of ET-1, MMP-2 were more lower than in positive groups(P <0. 05). Conclusions: The expressions of ET-1, MMP-2, MVD were associated with the degree of liver cancer malignancy. The high expressions of ET-1, MMP-2, MVD were correlated with clinical stages and differential degrees in liver cancers.关键词
