摘要

Abstract

Software copyright protection is an important part of the intellectual property protection system. Because the traditional serverside software license can not fully meet the requirements of the EULA issue, based on hardware characteristics and management of server architecture with independent authority, the paper proposes a distributed serverside software authorization model to support dynamic license. Through the "mandatory feature authentication and atomic authorization " mechanism, this model solves the issues such as the software copyright protection and the re-authentication of software migration. It reaches the EULA requirements in terms of feasibility, safety and completeness.
