Abstract
In order to carry out setting up of position for institutional organization, computer must be used for scoring the employees. For now, the development, configuration, usage of the ordinary database information management software is very complex. This article invents a new method of storing date in Excel datasheet and processing data by programming in VBA. The practical application shows that this method can satisfy real requirement. The development, usage, maintenance is very simple. It has very good practical value.关键词
