摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the boom-type roadheader remote wire control system, this dissertation mainly proposes the control strategy for the body posture. The space trajectory control and sensing methods of roadheader cutting head are studied. The kinematics model between spatial location parameters is established. A remote wire control system based on PLC is designed and finished, which includes hardware and software system. By designing remote wire system, it can keep the operator away from the dust and hazardous work locations, improve the working condition, reduce personal injury accidents, and enhance the security of the tunneling operations.
