DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTINGENCY PLAN MODULE FOR STORM SURGE
摘要
Abstract
The contingency plan module is an important component of the decision support system ( DSS) for urban storm surges disaster. It provides rapid emergency support after the storm surge occurs. According to the rules library established by the experts, the module can estimate the level of the disaster through reasoning, and further figure out the actions to be taken according to the responsibilities of corresponding departments and the categories and quantities of the materials needed to be allocated, so as to determine a set of effective plan for ensuring good effect of the assisted decision-making.关键词
